Sponsorship opportunities


 
St Giles Orchestra is funded principally by member subscriptions and by concert ticket sales, but with rising costs we are grateful for other sources of income such as corporate sponsorship.

Funds received through sponsorship helps us to pay for our soloists, music and venue hire. With the generous support of our sponsors we are able to expand our repertoire and the range of soloists we use, so that we can enhance the musical experience we bring to our local area.

By becoming a sponsor, you will be able to advertise on our website and in our concert programmes. Not only will this bring the obvious benefits of advertising, but it could also enhance your organisation's reputation through sponsorship of the arts and the support of a local community group.

St Giles Orchestra is a Registered Charity number 1109439. We have three sponsorship packages detailed below. Bold text indicates additional benefits over other packages. To become a sponsor please contact our sponsorship manager, .

Corporate PLATINUM Sponsorship

£250 per year.

Benefits:

  • Seasonal sponsorship for all 4 concerts
  • Company advert or listing in all 4 concert programmes *
  • 4 complimentary tickets for all 3 Oxford concerts (January, April, June)
  • Statement of support, company logo and website link on home page of the SGO website for the season of sponsorship.
  • The facility for you to display your own promotional literature in the foyer of the concert venue for January and June concerts (brochures, banner, pop-up stand, etc). (The April concert in 2019 is at the Sheldonian Theatre, so arrangements are different from at our usual venue.)
  • Your name displayed on all publicity material - including posters and flyers that will be displayed throughout Oxford with a caption such as 'proudly supported by xxxx' or similar, to be agreed
  • The caption 'proudly supported by xxxx' printed on the front of our programmes - in addition to your advert within
  • The caption 'proudly supported by xxxx' to appear prominently on the St Giles Orchestra website

PLATINUM sponsors

Sizes for adverts in the programmes for 2019 concerts will be as follows:
January and June concerts. The programme is A5 in size. The advert size for Platinum and Gold sponsors is 1/2 page. The advert size for Silver and Bronze sponsors is 1/4 page. You can double the size of your advert for these concerts for an extra £10 per concert.
April concert (at the Sheldonian Theatre). The programme is A4 in size. The advert size for Platinum and Gold sponsors is 1/2 page. The advert size for Silver and Bronze sponsors is 1/4 page.
